Smooth Mounting Chipboard

Smooth Mounting Chipboard is made of recycled paper which is pressed into rigid solid non-bending fiberboard. Stocked in a variety of calipers and sizes. Made with 100% recycled fiber and 100% Recyclable Paperboard. Being recycled color can vary from natural brown to matte grey. Also known as Uncoated Recycled Board (URB) or Boxboard.

Description

Smooth Mounting Chipboard is not particle board nor is it made with wood chips. It is made of recycled paper which is pressed into rigid solid non-bending fiberboard. The recycled paper we use is old corrugated cartons, newspapers and office waste. Because of the recycled fibers the color can vary from a golden brown to a flat gray. Smooth Mounting Chipboard is made with 100% recycled fibers with a minimum of 35% post consumer waste (PCW). It's compostable, biodegradable and recyclable. Lamitech can supply the right chipboard for your packaging application. With our various converting methods we can supply any chipboard from .018 pt. to .060 pt. and with custom lining, and or colors.
