Solid Bleached Sulphate

Solid Bleached Sulphate (SBS) is a high-quality, medium-density board with a solid white core and a clay-coated top surface. Perfect for high-end packaging and graphical projects, it is easily cut, creased, hot-foil stamped, and embossed. With good printing properties and rigidity, it is ideal for folding-carton applications, signage, and other consumer goods. SBS is fully recyclable, inexpensive, approved for food contact, and available in C1S or C2S, 12pt to 24pt, and 88 bright.

Description

Solid Bleached Sulphate (SBS) is made exclusively from bleached chemical pulp. It has a coated top clay surface and some grades are also coated on the reverse side. This is a medium density board with printing properties that meet the high requirements of graphical and retail packaging products. SBS can be die cut, creased, hot foil stamped and embossed with ease. It therefore gives wide scope for advanced structural and surface designs. It is suitable for the direct food contact.
